The K-5 video lessons may be used for onsite or remote instruction, and are based on CATCH's evidence-based classroom curriculum. Lessons include fun and dynamic visuals, read-aloud storytimes, and activity breaks. This lesson bundle includes video recordings of five K-2 CATCH Health lessons and five 3-5 Health lessons. Each bundle also includes 4 new Fighting Illness & MVP video lessons. The video lessons are available in a convenient streaming format through CATCH.org, and via a unique sharable link for easy click-and-play viewing for students outside the classroom. Each video lesson includes a recorded lecture and an accompanying student worksheet, which students should complete as prompted during the lesson.
