Description
CATCH My Breath is an evidence-based youth nicotine vaping prevention program for grades 5-12 that has been proven to substantially reduce students’ likelihood of vaping. A study of the program’s effectiveness was published in a peer-reviewed journal and the program is listed in SAMHSA’s Evidence-Based Resource Guide Series.
Clever or Classlink integration (Single Sign-On) is included for customers with 10+ sites.
CATCH My Breath is available cost-free to US & US Territories — in English and Spanish — thanks to grant support. Access includes English & Spanish versions of the core curriculum for grades 5-12. Please see below for international program options:
